When an administrator enables mobile notifications, we store the device's push subscription, browser or device label, notification preferences, and delivery status. We may also receive basic browser, device, and request information needed for security and reliable operation.

- Schedule appointments and provide project updates
- Communicate with you about your project
- Maintain business records, conversation history, and notification settings

Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use trusted providers for website hosting, authentication, secure data and file storage, email delivery and receiving, payment processing, and web push notifications. These providers process information only as needed to operate those services. The site currently uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication and storage, and Resend for email delivery and inbound email processing, and Stripe for payment processing.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Carolina Home Surgeons does not directly store complete payment-card information. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own privacy, security, and data-handling practices.
Photos, Videos, and Reviews
Project-request photos and videos are kept private unless you intentionally give permission for public portfolio use. Media submitted with a review is kept private while the review is pending and may be displayed publicly only after Carolina Home Surgeons reviews and approves it for that purpose. Individual review media may remain hidden even when a review is approved.
Communication Consent
By submitting a form on our website, you agree that Carolina Home Surgeons may contact you regarding your project. This consent is limited to communication about your specific project and does not enroll you in marketing or promotional messages.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain customer and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, keep accurate business records, resolve questions, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Notification subscriptions may be disabled or removed when they expire or stop working.
